PlayDate Behavioral Interventions is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee the administrative, operational, and physical management of our multi-disciplinary clinic. This position is responsible for ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, safely, and professionally each day. The Office Manager provides leadership to all non-clinical staff and maintains strong systems that support families, clinicians, and leadership. This role is fully onsite and hands-on. The Office Manager is accountable for all day-to-day operations of the clinic, excluding therapeutic services, and serves as the primary operational liaison between staff, families, vendors, and executive leadership.

The Office Manager oversees a team of approximately 7–8 non-clinical staff, including:
- Schedulers
- Front Desk / Intake Coordinator
- Insurance & Billing Submission Specialist
- Accountant / Bookkeeping Support
- HR Assistant
- Maintenance Staff

- Experience in a multi-disciplinary clinic, ABA practice, or behavioral health setting
- Prior management experience supervising administrative or operations staff
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, intake, insurance, and billing workflows
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple operational systems simultaneously
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-volume, emotionally sensitive environments
- Comfortable working fully onsite in a hands-on leadership role
- Experience working alongside BCBAs and RBTs
- Familiarity with ABA practice management or EMR systems
- HR administration experience in healthcare settings
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Daily operations run smoothly with minimal disruption
- Families receive timely, consistent, and compassionate communication
- Administrative staff are organized, supported, and accountable
- Billing and documentation processes are accurate and timely
- Facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Leadership is able to focus on clinical care and growth due to strong operational systems
